Primal Wolf currently ships to addresses in the Netherlands and Germany.

Netherlands
Standard shipping: €4.95
Germany
Standard shipping: €6.99
Free standard shipping applies to orders of €40.00 or more.
Processing and delivery
We process and dispatch orders as soon as reasonably possible.
If a specific delivery time is stated during the ordering process, that stated delivery time applies.
If no other delivery time has been agreed, your order will be delivered no later than 30 days after the contract has been concluded.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Where tracking is available for the shipment, the tracking information will also be provided.
Delays
Although we aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, circumstances may arise that cause a delay.
If we expect that an agreed delivery time cannot be met, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
Your statutory rights in the event of late delivery remain unaffected.
Incorrect delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

Damaged or undelivered shipments
Primal Wolf remains responsible for the shipment until it has been delivered to you or to a third party designated by you, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Please include your order number and, in the event of damage, clear photographs of the parcel and product where possible.
