Do I have a cooling-off period?

As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Legal exceptions may apply to certain products.

How do I notify you of a withdrawal or return, and how long do I have to send the goods back?

You can notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days via wolfcare@primalwolf.shop or, where available, through your customer account. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Who pays the return shipping costs?

For a standard withdrawal, the customer is generally responsible for the cost of returning the order.

Can I return an opened or unsealed supplement?

Not always. For certain sealed products, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply once the seal has been broken where the legal exception for health protection or hygiene applies. If you are unsure, contact WolfCare before returning the product.

When will I receive my refund?

Under the current returns policy, refunds are issued no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. Primal Wolf may wait until the goods have been received or until you have provided proof that they were returned. If you withdraw from the full order, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option is also refunded.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, follow the warning for the individual product. WolfCare can provide product information but cannot give personal medical advice.

This varies by product. The formulation, dosage and any restrictions on use are product-specific. Always check the usage information and warnings for the individual product. If you are unsure about use by a child or young person, consult a doctor or pharmacist beforehand.

Where can I find the ingredients and amounts in a product?

Why are certain ingredients and dosages included in a formula?

This varies by product. Where formula information is available, we explain on the product page how the formula is built and what role the listed ingredients have within that formula. What is the difference between magnesium glycinate, magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium diglycinate?

The terms glycinate, bisglycinate and diglycinate are often used in practice for the same type of magnesium-glycine compound. The terminology may differ, but this does not automatically mean they are three completely different forms of magnesium. Always check the product specification for the individual product.

What does elemental magnesium mean?

Elemental magnesium is the actual amount of magnesium provided by a magnesium compound. The total weight of a compound such as magnesium bisglycinate is therefore not the same as the amount of magnesium itself. When comparing products, look at the stated amount of elemental magnesium rather than only the total weight of the magnesium compound.

Are Primal Wolf products independently tested, and what are they tested for?

Primal Wolf uses independent laboratory testing for selected products. The analyses performed vary by product and batch. They may include, for example, microbiological analyses and analyses for heavy metals. The relevant laboratory report shows which parameters were actually tested for the specific sample.

Where can I find lab reports, batch reports or certificates?

Available quality documentation is provided with the relevant Primal Wolf product information where appropriate. The documents available may differ by product and can include laboratory reports, product specifications or other supporting quality documentation. Selected packaging may also include a QR code linking to current product information and available documentation.

What should I do if information on the website, packaging and a document does not match?

Contact WolfCare and state which product and information are involved. If possible, include the batch number and, where possible, a photo or the relevant document. Do not assume that one version is the most current. We will check which product information applies to your product and batch.

What is the difference between a COA, a laboratory report and a certification?

These documents do not automatically mean the same thing. A COA (Certificate of Analysis) states specifications and/or analytical results for the material, product or batch to which the document relates. A laboratory report describes which analyses a laboratory performed on a particular sample and the results measured. A certification confirms that a product, ingredient, process, site or management system meets the requirements of a specific standard or certification scheme within the stated scope. Always check the issuer, scope, validity period and the exact product or sample to which the document relates.
