PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product Information & Safety
General information about safe use, product-specific warnings, allergens, documentation and when professional guidance is appropriate.
Primal Wolf products are intended as a supplement to a broader routine in which nutrition, training, hydration, recovery, movement and sleep form the foundation. A food supplement does not replace those foundations.
Use according to the product information
Use a food supplement according to the recommended daily dose and the product-specific directions for use.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Product-specific information takes precedence
Composition, dosage, use, warnings, allergens, storage conditions and any restrictions on use may differ by product.
Always check the current product information for the individual product and the information on the packaging.
Children and young people
Whether a product is suitable for children or young people varies by product.
Where a specific statutory age warning applies to a product, the warning for that product and on the packaging takes precedence.
If you are unsure about use by a child or young person, consult a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Warnings relating to pregnancy and breastfeeding may be product-specific.
Always follow the warning for the individual product. If a product is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, that product-specific warning applies.
If you are unsure about personal suitability, consult a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional.
Medication and medical conditions
If you take medication, have a medical condition or are unsure whether a product is suitable for your personal situation, consult a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional.
Primal Wolf and WolfCare can provide product information, but cannot provide personal medical advice or an individual assessment of suitability.
Allergens and ingredients
Always check the current ingredient and allergen information for the individual product.
Allergens, possible traces of allergens, sweeteners and other additives are listed with the product and on the packaging where applicable.
Unwanted reactions or concerns
If you experience symptoms, concerns or a possible unwanted reaction after using a product, contact a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional.
WolfCare can help with product information, ingredients, batch information and available documentation, but cannot diagnose or provide personal medical advice.
Storage
Store products according to the product-specific storage instructions on the packaging and product page.
Keep food supplements out of reach of young children.
If information does not match
If information on the website, packaging or in a document appears not to match, do not assume that one version is the most current. Contact WolfCare and state the product and, if possible, the batch number. Where possible, include a photo of the information concerned. We will then check which product information applies to your product and batch.
Laboratory reports, COAs and certificates
A COA, laboratory report and certificate do not automatically mean the same thing. Each document has its own issuer, scope and field of application. A document only demonstrates what was actually assessed for the relevant material, product, batch or sample within that scope.
Available quality documentation may differ by product.
